Just to make this easier for everyone who seems to not understand, I have come up with a detailed list by category of the stocks/brushes/textures in the gallery.
BRUSHES:
There are over 30 brush sets on this account and each are unrestricted. This means: You can use them off-site, in layouts, in prints or whatever keeps your boat floating. The only rule is to not redistribute them and give credit. I think that's easy enough, right?
Textures:
The textures are basically the same as the brushes. You can use them in whatever you want, prints, layouts, off-site. Do not redistribute or make brushes out of them and always remember to credit.
PHOTOLISTER ALBUM:
The entire *
photo-lister album is unrestricted. Each of the stocks in that folder can be used off-site, in prints, in layouts or whatever you could find use for the stock. Please keep in mind that each of those stocks require a specific linkware credit. On each photo there is a link on how to credit. Please use this. The artists comments are very important.
Other Stocks:
Other stocks such as the restricted albums and premade albums are subject to individual rules. This is why you pay close attention to the artists comments section. These stocks are restricted due to either their quality or difficulty to obtain. The vast majority of these stocks will be granted print and off-site permissions if you only do one thing: ASK.
Horse Deviations:
Yes, I will discriminate. If you don't like it, quit your bitching. I really don't care how much it pisses you off, etc. But I am personally tired of seeing my misty cliff series with a bunch of horses. If I see that you have a potential of creating something that isn't just a horse in a field, I will note you PRIVATELY and give you permission to use whatever stock you please. I have to keep this private because some people tend to get butthurt. Consider the horse deviations an "exclusive" basis.
If you want to continue to bitch about the horse deviations, I can ban you from seeing my account entirely, but I hope I will not have to come to that.
If something in this journal was not written clear enough, please send all inquiries by note.
